It was in April 2014 when the last ever competitive league match was played by Bristol Athletic with a 5-1 win against Southmead CS in the Bristol Suburban League.
Fast forward to Saturday 6th September 2025 and the all new Bristol Athletic begin their new season in Div 4 of that same league under the guidance of Kanwar Singh and Kerian Miller with Former players Pat Hart, Paul Wakefield and Mikie Rods now providing the finance and resources for the new generation to carry the torch.
